terms of service
by commissioning me, you agree to the following:
payment
i only take USD, through either paypal or cashapp
either pay 100% upfront after sketch or 50% upfront and 50% before finish
no refunds unless i am unable to finish your commission
art usage
commissioned works are by default personal use ;
please inform me first if you will use my art for commercial use
if reposting/using as layout, preferably credit me @bonkerific from X but it is not required
do not claim my art as yours, and please ask me first before modifying my art yourself
do not use my art for ai art training, nfts, and anything of the sort
additional note for other people : do not use my commissioned works without the permission of the commissioner !
other/misc
i have the right to decline any commission for any reason
by default, i am allowed to post the finishing result on social media & add it to my portfolio unless the buyer requests otherwise
commission may take from 1 week - 1 month depending on current workload and motivation
please provide multiple references if you can! they are very helpful :] even a quick colored sketch/doll maker app would do even if you're not an artist
for fanart specifically of CCs (i.e mcyt), please state if you want me to use a specific reference or take my creative liberties
